I was easily able to make an appointment online to get an oil change. The staff at George White Cheverolet Service Center was extremely courteous and professional. I did not have to wait long and the price was reasonable.

Waited for two hours for an oil change and there was three cars ahead of me. That’s ridiculous. 🤬
They installed super squeaky brake pads. I wasn't satisfied given they are new, so they offered to cover labor only on a new set of pads. News pads not squeaky at all. They basically stuck me with pads they likely sourced cheap that I have no use for. I know times are tough but they should stand behind their parts and labor. And, instead of sticking it to the customer, they should go back on their supplier negotiating in Mandarin.
