They installed super squeaky brake pads. I wasn't satisfied given they are new, so they offered to cover labor only on a new set of pads. News pads not squeaky at all. They basically stuck me with pads they likely sourced cheap that I have no use for. I know times are tough but they should stand behind their parts and labor. And, instead of sticking it to the customer, they should go back on their supplier negotiating in Mandarin.
When visiting from out of town, my ac broke and I drove up and asked if they would be able to fix it. They were very accommodating and managed to look at my truck the same day. And had it fixed in less than 24 hours. They also offered a shuttle to get me around. They kept me up to date on the repairs, and the total cost was less than expected. Great service all around!
