If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I’ve ever had. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and only an hour before, the office sent a reminder saying I needed labs done prior to the visit—something no one had mentioned beforehand. Even so, I showed up on time for my virtual appointment after 5 PM, hoping we could still have a conversation or at least get proper guidance. el servicio d atención al cliente es pésimo ni siquiera he tenido una cita y ya t empiezan a tratar con indiferencia por el teléfono ,del doctor no puedo desir porq no lo he visto ,estas personas q t atienden por teléfono no saben ni tan siquiera dar un aproximado d cuando t puedan dar una cita ,0 compasión,0 educación ,0 profesionalismo la verdad no se d que lugar sacaron estas personas para este trabajo
Disrespectful and condescending staff as a fellow human being you shouldn’t be disrespectful to patient who’s requesting his own personal records. Like we are all entitled to a bad day but this is a common ongoing disrespectful ..condescending .. and offensive attitude main reason why I won’t come back.
Yo en realidad tengo una buena opinión de ese doctor,mi experiencia con su atención fue mas que excelente, ya me había atendido otro endocrino pero nada que ver ,con el dr vargas me sentí, segura y confiada porque se preocupo por mi, encontró los errores que cometieron conmigo y me dio un verdadero diagnóstico, ya estoy bien pero no dudaría volver si volviera a enfermar,siempre estaré agradecida por su atención y preocupación conmigo
