My experience with Dr. Tischenko was very positive. I went to see him about a knee injury, and he did an excellent job of using a model to explain how the knee is constructed, and then clearly explained the MRI results to me. I would definitely go to him again.

I have seen Dr Tischenko for both shoulder and knee issues, over several years. There is no better orthopedist or more compassionate human. He is truly amazing. He even made a house call once!!!
I was seen right on time and am so grateful for the kindness and care that I received. After quickly learning my issue wasn't in his wheel house he and his administration spent about 15 minutes trying to find a colleague or other provider to help. He made me a quick appointment through the referring clinic that I headed to and was treated right away. I could not recommend him more...he truly cares!
I shattered my tibial plateau into about 6 pieces 22 years ago. Dr Tischenko preformed my surgery at John Muir Hospital wherevi worked as an orthopedic nurse. He did such a fantastic job that I am still pain free and move and walk without any problems. I highly recommend dr Tischenko!!
