I rented from Greorge Thomas for over 10 years before moving out of town and whether he realizes it or not he was a Godsend best person I've rented from. If I ever move back to TN I would either buy or rent from him.
Rude and unreasonable. Wasn't willing to get up from his desk to rent a house to his own chosen applicants. I can only imagine the treatment after signing papers.
