I have now had carpal tunnel release surgery on both my wrists and could not be happier with my experience. Dr Hall was very quick and easy to schedule with, and also easy to communicate with. I feel like he was realistic with me and made me feel very confident with each procedure.
I have used Dr Sass on multiple occasions and have had an excellent experience each time. He tells you what to expect and that is exactly what happens. The care from all caregivers at the surgery center is exceptional. The office also worked with me on my insurance as there was confusion regarding coverage. They went the extra mile trying to get that figured out. I have recommended Dr Sass and will continue to do so.
The contacts and care that I have received from Dr. Sass’s team has always been very professional. I appreciate the follow up communication that keeps everyone informed of my progress.
I was very taken by the knowledge and compassion this young man displayed during my visit and surgery. Very honest and compassionate. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a great orthopedic Doctor.
Dr.Hall has amazing bedside manner and he knows what he is doing!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone having shoulder pain.

No I would not recommend this surgeon unless you want to live the rest of your life limping and having one leg longer than the other one. I’ve developed back pain, both legs are in pain from not being able to level them out to get a steady gait. The PA flippantly told me to use a heel lift, it’s much more complicated than that. It’s off so much that I’m having trouble finding the right heel lifts or insoles to compensate for the longer leg. I have been to this doctor for carpal tunnel tendinitis and sprained wrist. Every time I'm there he goes out of his way to make sure I receive the care I need to get better. Highly recommend
