Wife had first appointment and did not feel Dr Hall adequately reviwed x-ray and explanations of problems. Dr Hall only offered limited options for sone relief but no solution for her problems. I was next and went in with low expectations but prepared with information. Dr reviewed x-ray and my information and really did not offer a solution for my discomfort either. Dr Sass is a very professional and caring doctor. His surgery skills and follow care are amazing.
Everything was right on time and communications were very clear.
He replaced my left knee and made sure I was taken care of. He does weekly check in that help him and you and understand what to expect.
Very nice man. Took his time explaining my issue and what could be done to alleviate my pain before opting for surgery. At this point in time I’m trying to hold off having surgery for as long as possible. Definitely giving him five stars!!
Caudell & his clinical team were nothing but excellent. He provided superb patient education and the appointments were not rushed, he took time to address every concern.
Dr Sass is a straight shooter. He did everything he could for me to help extend the life of my knees. When the day came and he told me I needed knee replacements, I knew that there was nothing else we could do. I would recommend Dr Sass to anyone that is struggling with knee pain.
Dr. Sassmannshausen used this cool program called "Get Well Loop" that allows you to check-in each day after surgery. This is very helpful because it gives you questions to answer about your condition. The system of care provided by the office is very comprehensive. In addition, at my follow-up appointment, I was impressed by how fast the appointment went. There were no waits!
Dr Hanna ruined my hip with a clumsy surgery!
