Dr Phillips has canceled 2 surgeries on my sister with in a 3 month period. She was in the hospital in PO for several days waiting for the surgery. HE never came to the room. He sent other doctors to assess her because he decided that he could not do the surgery alone. She has been in and out of the hospital and ER for the past few months with the plan to do the surgery the next day to which he was never seen or heard from.
