I have been a patient at this practice for several years and typically just need to be seen for an annual physical and occasionally for a sick visit. Yesterday marked the 3rd time in the last few years where I have called to get a sick visit appointment and have been told "you'll need to go to urgent care for that". Problems with communicating. Fails to call back after multiple people in the office promise they will update you on an important time-sensitive issue. Outright lied about the steps taken to remedy an office-made prescription error, resulting in unacceptable days-long delays in receiving critical medication. This has all happened on multiple occasions. I've never had a worse experience with a medical office. Doctors are nice in person then forget you immediately post appointment.
