Don't fall for the 5* review, it's definitely their live in worker. Came in last week to look for an apartment for my daughter since she's going to attend college near by. They're charging over 1k for a studio that looks like something from ancient times and reeks of rotting wood throughout. 1bdrms are close to mortgage level price of a 3b2b. Outstanding Service from MBG Property Management! Our oven coil recently went out, and my wife and I were concerned since it's our primary way of cooking at home. With the previous property management company, repairs would take months—someone would come, say they’d check their warehouse, and then we’d never hear back.
