My poor baby girl doesn't even look like a cocker spaniel anymore. I am so disappointed and won't be returning. My baby was traumatized and we were not treated respectfully or even given total upfront prices. We were charged for her matting and all they did was shave her down. We could have done that ourselves and saved $40. I will never recommend this place. After being home for 5 hours, she is starting to act more like her normal self again but you can tell she feels embarrassed. So disappointed in so many ways!!!
