the last time I had dental work done, which was last time before, I had novocain, but it was a good 45 to an hour, before the dentist came in. I was at the desk, ready to leave when they said he would be in soon. I did go back and it was a few min and he did come in. I hope that will never happen again.

Had wisdom tooth pulled, but the tooth next to it had been cracked in half during the extraction and I was never told about it by the dentist or assistant. Had to tell assistant that she had someone else's file and that my name wasn't Leonard. On a positive note, they did get me in unscheduled due to extreme tooth pain.

Very professional and caring. I once was the world's worst dental patient until I started to go to Gentle Dentistry. That was more than thirty years ago. Now I look forward to my dental appointments.

Excellent Experience. Gone are the days I recall in my childhood of dreading the dentist (and their torture devices). I have had a few different hygienists and dentists here and all of them have been kind, gentle, and capable.
