I found the price for my implant was excessive and will have it completed at another dental office where their estimate is at least 2-3 thousands $'s less. My visit to your office was pleasant and I appreciate the time you spent with me.

Everyone at Gentle Dentistry did a great job to help me out. In fact I had gone to a dentist closer to my home but chose to go here (25 miles farther) to do my dentistry work because of the generosity I received. Will definitely be back. Thank u!

One of the worst dental experiences in my life! Dr Lane is completely lacking any bedside manner, after his examination of my mouth, I felt violated! Speaks down to or at you, avoid him at all costs! Even the hygienist tried to act superior, also speaks at you, and not to you! I will never return to this clinic! The only good thing about this clinic, is the receptionists!

Billing is a serious problem, my wife now refuses to come back with our 3 kids. I'm still coming for now. This time it was initially $250, then I had to argue what services I didn't want (as opposed to just honoring my request), then it was $100.98 with a new plan purchase, but after the apt they tried to bill me for $198. It's like the front desk is on commissions or something.
