The team was very caring, professional and attentive to my mother's dental needs.
For my 1st visit with my new tech and dentist, I'm very happy. Spoke in terms that I understand and actually had color pictures for me to "see" what needs to be fixed. I have a fear of dental anything but, I'm actually feeling comfortable going back next week to get a crown. If the receptionist could give me the cost of my scheduled dental fixes, I would give 5 stars. She knew my insurance company but had no clue on what they would cover for me. The care here is the wisest and the nicest - what a great combo. Knowledge and kindness are what I want in a dental team!
I appreciate they are always on schedule. Both hygienist and dentist are professional, explain everything, gentle and never push unnecessary work.
I had an enjoyable appointment with Dr Kinney and I believe Amy was her tech. Its always a pleasure and a very through exam and cleaning. Unfortunately they discovered an old crown that requires attention so I saw Dr Reynolds the endodontist in IGH and found i could be paying $2000. Will have to hold off for a while.
The office operation and the dental treatment were complete and satisfying.
Michael’s insurance covers every 6 months check up. The staff is not aware of his coverage on his policy. They did not schedule him for 6 months from now. Disappointing.
It was our first time there everyone was great we will definitely make that a permanent Dentistry home
