Clean facility friendly helpful staff affordable most insurances acceptable Dr W. Arabo is fantastic. She is gentle compassionate friendly explains everything to you before it is done as well as during the procedure. I highly recommend Gentle Dental of Springfield and Dr Arabo. 😊

I called to get an Emergency appointment today...they for me in... I have to say I don't like going to the dentist but this office was absolutely fantastic! All staff was extremely professional and put you at ease as soon as you walked in I will definitely go back there and I appreciate everything they did for me I walked out pain free!!!��

First of all I was one of them patients who was terrified of the dentist. That's until I met Dr. Fee and her staff at Gentle Dental in Springfield. From the time I walked in I was greeted with the upmost professionalism who made me feel so relaxed. I personally can not thank the entire staff and especially Dr. Fee for all the support and especially for my New Beautiful Smile. I can say that because of Dr Fee I now have a million dollar smile. I would refer everyone who would ask me where to go. Thanks again Dr Fee and staff

Gentle Care & Warm Staff - Thanks! – I'm never disappointed after my visits. The dentist is really gentle and friendly. Even though my mouth is smaller than most, he accommodates the size without unnecessary cuts (unlike some other people). He also does the cleanings himself instead of a hygienist. The times that I went, I was greeted and taken cared of by warm staff. My teeth always look and feel better when I leave. The prices are very reasonable and I love the free samples! Thank you!!!

F this place.... – I had a root canal + crown down less than 3 yrs ago. Since then I've developed more infection and they tried to refer me off to a specialist. That's fine but they offered no warranties OR discounts which is BS. For what you pay to have these procedures done you should at least be given a discount for rework within a specific amount of time. "there's nothing we can do" always makes my blood boil!

Horrible Place – I had an 2:10 apppointment for a cleaning and did not get called back until 3:00. Sat in the chair for a cleaning until 3:30, then they told me I had to get to drillings. After giving me novacaine then disappearing for a half an hour they come back and actually started to drill the wrong tooth. Then they had to give me a second dose of novacaine. Then the denist disappears again for 15 mins. I finally left at 5:15. Not to mention they took down the wrong insurance information from me and billed me for the drillings which were covered by the dentle insurance I have. I will never go back there and I do not recommend you do .
