Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

All of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless, since I ended up with more problems than I started out with and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again if I had to see Dr, Carpenter. I would see the woman dentist again. She had to fix the problems that Dr. Carpenter did. I was very disappointed with his service and the long wait.

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
