This was my first visit to the office. I tend to get a little panicky when I have to keep my mouth open for long periods of time. I told Nicole this and she gave me frequent breaks. Still, my time in the chair seemed to go quickly.
I had not had teeth cleaning nor an exam in some time because I had moved out of state. Because I don't yet have a dentist, I returned to Dr. Papageorgiou's practice. Jess was very helpful in scheduling my visit in a limited time period; Nicole was very professional and personable in cleaning my teeth; and Dr. Papageorgiou's exam was thorough and very helpful in identifying at least one area (a broken filling) that would require attention sooner rather than later. As usual, I was taken into the exam room right on time with no waiting. Mary did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and taking X-rays. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but Mary is very gentle and is always very concerned about my comfort. Dr. Papageorgiou performed a very thorough exam, and took some pictures of some of my teeth which help when she was describing what she found. Excellent cleaning, painless and professional
I've been a patient of Dr. Papageorgiou for more than 3 years. During these years I always had great experience and improved my dental health (and when I was talking on Skype to my friend in Europe, she commented: "You have beautiful teeth"). Dr. Papageorgiou and her staff are always professional, caring, attentive and explain different options clearly. I can honestly say I look forward to my dental appointments.

Best dental practice around, and as a patient with some complicated dental issues going on, such as implants, crowns, and such, I have spent several hours in the chair with Dr. Papageorgiou, Dr. Singh, Victoria, and the smart, competent Jessica who handles the financial chaos...I.e., insurance preestimates, submissions, claims, figuring out what I owe...always everyone so friendly and caring, explains everything, yup, everything.
