Gentiva Hospice was recommended from the Care Center that was sister was residing in. She declined quickly since I had seen her 1.5 weeks prior. I live in FL, they called me on Friday, I sent them the POA and Advance Directive for my sisters wishes. They called me every day, they kept me in the loop. When I requested her meds go from prn to every four hours the order was put through. My sister passed Sunday evening two days later. They called to let me know. They came in September 20 25 gave us everything we needed took incredible care of My husband of 30 years. Very respectful on Time polite informative. Make sure we had everything we needed, even though he was only with them six days. They took care of everything and lifted the burden off of me.
My mom was in Gentiva care and received very comfortable care throughout the process. Especially like to recognize JAREN RODRIGUEZ her care and support was top notch Thank you Jarden from the HIDALGO FAMILY
Our experience with genttiva hospice started with Megan and jaren who were two of the kindest and caring people we had ever dealt with. When they tell you call if needed they mean It. While it was a short relationship highly recommend this company. They care about their patients. Also the chaplain and I can't remember his name unfortunately was great.
Our family had a very positive experience with Gentiva. My husband was with them for almost 3 yrs. They furnished all of our equipment and supplies on a timely manner and were very pleasant in doing so. Our nurses were outstanding, especially Nancy and Jackie. Very thorough and compassionate. We miss them. Gary also enjoyed visits and discussions with Chaplin James. I have recommended Gentiva to others. They care about your loved one. Lynda Gilmore
