ZERO STARS Interesting, I wrote a poor review about this dentist about a month ago and it has since been erased.
Gentech Dentist is Awesome! I am a happy patient from Gentech Dentist on Macadam since 2005. I have routine cleanings and exams. Dr. Nardecchia and staff have taken great care of me. Dr. Nardecchia pulled one wisdom tooth with no pain, swelling, or bruising. Last night, a crown from 2004 popped off and Dr. Nardecchia and his staff were able to examine, x-ray, and re-cement the crown on my lunch hour. I have no complaints about there work or service. trina
Gentech Dentist is Astoundingly Inept I have never had an experience with a business as bad as the one I had at Gentech. Prior to my first procedure, I requested that I handle the bill ahead of the procedure, so that I was not making 4 digit financial decisions while drugged. This request was ignored. Later, during a routine root canal, the dentist broke the drill bit off in my tooth and was unable to remove it. Gentech Dentist is Great I went to Gentech dentist to have my teeth clean. They were pleasant when I arrived and had all paperwork ready to go. I only waited 5 minutes before I was escorted back. The entire experience was great and the dentist tech made sure you were comfortable the entire time. I would recommend this office. In a busy area plan for traffic delays so you wont be late
Friendliest staff I've ever met Recently visited Gentech and was pleasantly surprised at how knowledegable and friendly the staff was there. They know everything about your dental insurance and the entire experience was extremely relaxing. Beautiful office, too! The dentist and assistant were great too - will definitely be back!
Nice Dental Atmosphere If you don't like going to the dentist then this place is for you. The staff makes you feel at ease. The dentist's are all pretty good. You don't have to wait often, they seem to be on time the majority of the time.
A dentist for trendy people Maybe it's because I hadn't been to a dentist in almost 10 years, but I was particularly struck by the strangely hip feeling of the Gentech dentist office on SW Macadam. I had a broken tooth that desperately needed attention, and I had a great time as Dr. Josh Eubanks filed down my tooth and gave me a mini-root canal with a temorary crown. I really did. Why?
