I ordered a generator part and received an email confirmation and my card was charged. The next day I received a second email saying my order was canceled. After asking why I received another email saying the part was not in stock. Checking their website the next day, the part is in stock, but they have raised the price of the same part over 200 percent! I placed an order with the company on 08/18/2024. Trying to find out about the order status, I placed an email to them. They requested the order number, which I supplied it to them. Did not received an answer back. Emailed them two more times with no response whatsoever. Tried calling the phone in their website several times and I only get a recording stating that they are busy…… so “Please leave a message” My question is…….
