I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. I ordered a part on June 23, 2025, based off of their website STATING THAT THE PART WAS INSTOCK, I called a message them a few days later asking when my part would be shipped and was told. Sorry the part was actually NOT IN STOCK š¤¬, and that it would take 7 to 14 business days to arrive at their location, so on July 14, 2025 I again messaged them asking about my part and this time I was told OH IT WILL BE AT LEAST ANOTHER MONTH before it arrives š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬ SORRY EXCUSE FOR A ...Ā read more
I ordered a generator part and received an email confirmation and my card was charged. The next day I received a second email saying my order was canceled. After asking why I received another email saying the part was not in stock. Checking their website the next day, the part is in stock, but they have raised the price of the same part over 200 percent! I placed an order with the company on 08/18/2024. Trying to find out about the order status, I placed an email to them. They requested the order number, which I supplied it to them. Did not received an answer back. Emailed them two more times with no response whatsoever.
