This is in regard to Michael Joblove. I am a non-party who was subpoenaed for a deposition and found this attorney extremely difficult to deal with. Every time I tried to explain my availability, I felt belittled and dismissed. Instead of working with me to find a reasonable time, he repeatedly accused me of being untruthful and pressured me to accommodate only his schedule. As someone not even involved in the case, I found his tone and approach unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional.
