We were referred to Genoa because we had so much trouble with the pharmacy here having my son’s medication in stock. The first couple of months were great. These last few months have been HORRIBLE!!! Instead of them automatically sending it, I have to call in a request. The lady I spoke to said “we will overnight his medications since he is out” and “I’m so sorry”THE MEDS NEVER CAME!!
