Unethical practices
Apparently this place, who used to be the best has changed people or something. I’m seriously considering changing to another pharmacy. I was one of their best customers you can’t pick up a prescription after 5pm. And that is law!!! They are no longer compassionate and friendly and intelligent. They coldly tell you what steps to take if you must have a script or get into trouble. I have a script that if not taken on time can land you into trouble. This pharmacy is no longer functional. They used to be SO good. Now, they are incompetent. They have given me nothing but grief over a specific medication I take. I get talked down to, I can hear tones shift when discussing the med. I was unable to pick my medicine up. My husband stood in line until closing time. He was then told "we've got nothing, no prescription,sorry we're closed and I can't help you." Then the window shut, purposely shutting it in his face.
