The asshole outside when you first pull up tries so hard to sell you a package, that he doesn't listen to what you want. You ask for an interior detail because it's raining and you have a long drive ahead, and you get. $250 full detail in the rain.....the interior was vacuumed then hosed down with Armor All, kind of clean, but mostly just greasy. I have used the Burnet Road self serve wash for many years and it was, in my opinion at one time, the best around. However, in the past 6 months or so it has been continually falling apart. Most of the time half of the bays are closed for one reason or another. The pressure hose is missing in one, change machines not working (only one remaining today) and time left on the system is incorrect. They are the best! My car is beautiful! Also they got the chip in my windshield fixed & got it covered by insurance ��� I used a Groupon & I used an added service to get scratches out! Well worth the price! And I got some knitting done �
Great ticket writers, good staff, but fundamentally rude and confrontive manager. Watch out for the guy in the pink shirt. Arrived waited for the ticket writer to provide a ticket, but he was busy. So, I went inside and started to ask the cashier what to do. I was immediately and rudely accosted by the manager, who basically sought to reprove me for not waiting for the ticket writer. I had already waited 10 minutes for the ticket. This is no way to manage or run a business. It will be a long time before I return here.
