Worst car wash I've ever experienced. First of all, the little girl behind the counter has no idea what she's doing. I actually saw her lose $5 while she was trying to wait on someone. It took forever to get my car washed. Then after it was washed they drove it around and just left it sitting out in the sun with the door open. I could not hear the beeping going off from my door being open. I first asked for a basic wash and they guy marked a paper and gave it to me then I decided to upgrade to the managers special and he took my paper marked it again and gave it back. My van than proceeded through the was as normal. Idk how their washers know what to do to which cars but my main focus was that I wanted a good vacuum and they completely missed the back and under many seats. Also my tires are by no means new but they are obviously not clean or shined at all. I wouldn’t go back even if they paid me.
Bad service, pushy salesman and poor quality! Salesman tried to tack on additional $21 . asked him what is was for? he couldn't answer me. so I received my refund and went to the H2O wash. To get a better and quality wash. Genie was never more than an average car wash at best. But with this latest ownership. your better off doing your business elsewhere.
Just got “upgraded” to todays special wash which guaranteed wheels and tires. Only wanted to pay about $20 but hesitantly upgraded to $30. Wheels were only half wiped off and there is still dirt all around the bottom of the car. Unimpressed.
I'm giving this low score because it was a pretty shitty job. The seat's still had hair from my granddog all over it. The back window part was not vacumned. The cup holder in front wasn't wiped down, the trunk wasn't touched. And you can tell the windows was wiped with a wrong chemical that was greasy so the windows are all smeared. Thanks for nothing Genie! Oh....and I gave them a tip for that. Guess I better look at it before I leave.
I have a three week old car which has a light layer of dust on it. I took it to Genie and asked for a basic wash just to get the dust off. I was asked if i wanted more services. I declined. The sales guy pushed three more times to which I politely declined each time. He then asked me if i wanted a vacuum inside which is free. I said yes. He said "Seems like as long as it's free its OK with you huh." I asked him if he wants me to go somewhere else.
