Worst people and service , that cashier at South Lamar needs to go she can not even say thank you or smile had the worst attitude !
I was overcharged and when asked for why I was overcharged there was no assistance in fixing their error. my coupon was also ignored even though it was presented at checkout. Waiting 30+ minutes before my car even had water touch it did not help. would not recommend unless you have all afternoon to wait and $30 to waste on a simple wash. Would recommend the tacos from the truck in their parking lot though.

Do a better job of cleaning your car. Every time I go, I have to have them go over something they missed. I have to return today because my windows aren't clean plus one of their cleaning rags was left in my car.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I brought my car in for an interior detail. They didn’t get the car clean, DAMAGED my window tint, refuse to take responsibility, and have been dodging me for a month. If you look up Genie on the Better Business Bureau you can also see that they have an F rating, multiple complaints, they never accept responsibility for any of the damages, and they no longer even respond to complaints filed through the BBB. Today my $59.99 "special" looked no different than a $14.99 basic sloppy wash job, even after getting them to do the things that they missed that I paid for, twice! So....this may be the last time I will go to Genie, after being a customer for decades. The last few months have proven disappointing, at best. I kept returning hoping it would get better, sadly after today I will be looking for another car wash to go to. I hate doing negative reviews, but today was too much to ignore.
None of us want to wait, but we all tend to show up at the same time! I think they do a pretty efficient job. I tell them what I want and I drive away with a clean car. Works for me. Oh, and I have used their Groupon deal multiple times.
Took 90-100 minutes to get the basic carwash done today. Manager gave me a free coupon but it really doesn't make up for the wait with a toddler who missed lunch and nap because of it. I was quoted that it should take 15 mins.
Horrible. 2 queues of cars and these geniuses were only wiping down one line. Those of us in the other sat for over an hour watching everyone behind us take off. Clueless dipshits.
