Evidently an 87 year old woman who recently had outpatient surgery who came in via squad with a significantly elevated BP and potential DVT symptoms can't be seen, because DVT only happens between 7am and.7pm....or atleast thats when they test...ER staff extremely rude, gave my friend a horrible time and after 2 hours. TWO hours of waiting gets told they can't help her. Top quality care is the furthest thing from their ED...
Genesis used to network with tricare, insurance that covers our military. I used to be able to come home with my daughter while my husband was deployed and take her to any genesis facility to have her treated. We now currently live back in zanesville as we are recruiting and what is disheartening is that none of the recruiters families can be seen in zanesville!!! All of us have to drive to licking memorial for an emergency room and at least 45 min to see a primary care doctor. This is the only state that any of the recruite... read more
