RecommendedI want to commend the Zanesville Surgery Center … and Dr. Tom Diehl … for the excellent treatment I received yesterday. The nurses were just wonderful. They were all friendly but remained very professional in their care of me! Since I remained awake throughout my procedure, and I was a tad bit nervous, the nurse assisting Dr. Diehl kept me talking and by doing that, relieved my anxiety! So, thank you all very much!
Everyone was outstanding from check in to check out. Kudos for Dr.K and nursing staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very poor personal assistance and bedside manner, the nurses are quite rude. I don't care what happened to you on any particular day, you should never take your frustrations out on patients, they're having a difficult day already and then just because their doctor had a bad day, their whole experience goes straight out the window. I seriously hope the doctors and nurses here stop and actually think about the people that they are supposed to be caring for.
I loved the way I was treated by everyone.. DR. Finch is awesome !!
They are really nice caring people there. They try their hardest to accompany you to the fullest..I would recommend them to anyone..
