The folks at Genesis of Cool Springs are fantastic to work with! They’re very helpful and friendly. I had a great experience buying a new GV80, and Ryan helped me through the entire sales process. I didn’t have such great service from other nearby Genesis dealers… So even though Cool Springs is farther away from me, I always use them to service my vehicle as well.
I recommend Michael Brown in Genesis of Cool Spring . From test drive to buying a new car, all the process was smoothly done. He explained all the technologies of GV70 before I drove. I compared with Audi Q5 and Volvo XC60, but GV70 has more horse power, larger interior space, smooth ride, more comfortable/adjustable 2nd row seats, and has better technology. Most benefit is lifetime connection service and good warrenty.
I had the greatest experience working with Yeshua Young. He made my purchase a pleasure.
