The entire staff is incredibly rude, but primarily the office manager.
Dr. Crane and all of the staff at Genesis Neuroscience took time with us and made us feel valued. Dr. Crane met with my mom and I privately and explained concern over my dad's impairments and she listened to our concerns. She showed respect and dignity towards my dad. I highly recommend her and this clinic!
