We didn't have to wait long and the staff was nice. Dr. Crane was easy to talk to and very reasonable.
Wonderful caring environment, amazing staff. Dr. Crane is compassionate and knowledgeable. What a pleasant experience when dealing with such a delicate situation. Highly recommend.
Hugh Miller has it correct. Waited 4 months to be turned away by Kathy the rude front desk clerk. I've let my PCP know not to refer anyone as well as BCBS.
Our experiences bringing two different loved ones to Dr. Crane have been mixed. One elder has since passed. At this time we are very grateful for Dr. Crane's help for the other. Sarah the FNP / PA and students or interns who help with cognitive testing are lovely. If I had it to do again I would have followed up our devastating misdiagnosis in 2019 with a neurologist. My elder was diagnosed based on what I believe to be an AI software and Dr. Crane's comment that my elder's behavior was somehow "inappropriate." My loved one ... read more
