Pretty bad for a medical group. They need to have their higher ups watch their people on how they really tend to their patients..and if they are going to have P.A.'s ..make sure they know what they are supposed tot be doing...They need some retraining
RecommendedDrs Woodburn and Griffin are great. The staff can be less than pleasant. My experience is that they sometimes don't return calls, are uninterested/uncaring, and in one instance regarding billing, are even snide and surly. I was told I didn't call and leave a message when I did, asked why I would leave a message for billing that referred to incomplete medically related information (I was complaining about being billed when I hadn't even gotten all of the information I requested), and told that they couldn't "read my mind." Front desk women are rude. Waited hour and a half before finding out they went to lunch. So very unhappy with this peactice
Dr. Heck is the greatest Doctor I've ever seen, and I have a lot of major health issues. He's helped me when my own specialists couldn't. He knows about everything when it comes to medicine and has the best bedside manner.
