I went to Genesis ER twice in 7 days I lost my vision and went blind. They didn't believe me and sent me home twice. First time saying sinuses , second telling me I was looking right at them in their eyes. Had to go to OSU to get the help I needed. Ended up having Optic Neuritis due to MS. Shame on Genesis! I'll never go there again.

RecommendedThe nurses and team at the emergency department at Genesis are absolutely nothing short of phenomenal. My family suffered a house fire and lost everything. We were transported to genesis where the nurses went above and beyond any expectation I could have had from them as I am a nurse myself. They went SHOPPING for my family in our time of need and they provided my children, my husband, and myself with clothes, toys, and shoes.
