Needed a 30 second blood draw. Waited 35 minutes to get registered then 15 minutes to get in for the blood draw. Extremely poor system. Extremely poor management. Don’t blame it on COVID because it’s your job to work around it

I came in with abnormal bleeding been bleeding for a month and 2 weeks was in pain and everything blood clots. I didn't get any pain medicine until they discharged me which was Tylenol told them I've been taking it for 2 weeks didn't work. said everything was fine and sent me home. worst hospital ever. did nothing to do to help me.
