Genesis hospital damaged me with an epidural during childbirth and mvhc lied about my mri results. Doctors, neurologists, radiologists, surgeons all lie about iatrogenic damages. Doctors are causing harm to many with unnecessary procedures. Please be aware!!!
My Dad was brought into the emergency room on July 5, 2020. He was taken to room 4208 when admitted. Well from there it was all downhill. He was sat in a chair on 7/7/2020. He fell asleep and was leaning on his left arm for so long that he can now not use that arm. Now let’s remind you that he had 3 stomach bleeds and had them cauterized and had not one but 2 transfusions. He can not walk himself either so there was no way for him to get up alone. If you ever feel like making yourself even more disappointed and frustrated with the state of our healthcare system, all you need to do is spend two or three minutes on the phone with a representative at Genesis, I guarantee their inability to be even remotely helpful will set your anger ablaze. It seriously feels like summoning the fire department just so you can watch them use their hoses to douse the fire with gasoline. People at front ER desk are very rude I seen no sanitizing going on as people came and went very slow we set in waiting room over 4 hours and wasn’t that busy But on the plus side people back at nurses station and doctor was very nice once we got in a room

This is for my experience at the HealthPlex Urgent Care location only. I’ve never been treated so badly by all 3 of the nurses I encountered today. I won’t go in to detail here, but I will say I’ll never go back there. I’m still in shock. When you’re already sick, the last thing you want or need is to be treated disrespectfully. I will say it takes a lot to make me cry. I cried. Shame in all three of you.
