This is the best �� fitness facility I have ever had the privilege to workout �� ���� �� at. They have state of the art equipment in Nautilus and other brands too. 1. Indoor Track. No others have this huge amenity for winter and extreme heat � conditions. 2. 2.5 lb increments on the dumbells. No other gym including Golds and World and 24 hr have this advantageous 2.5 increase to facilitate rapid strength and tone gain! The Olympic style barbells have 2.5lb, 5lb, 10lb, 25lb, and the rare 35lb plate, to go with the 45lb plates... read more
