Prairie Life Fitness is above and beyond what I ever expected to get from a gym. The staff is friendly and professional and so helpful and knowledgeable. I love my trainer, Windy. She is amazing! She is just the right amount of "Almost there!" and "You've got this!" followed up with "Awesome job!" to make me want to show her and prove to myself that I am capable of doing everything she throws at me. Prairie Life Fitness is clean, spacious and full of great cardio and weight machines. The staff and members were super friendly. I worked out and then attended Casino Night. I had a blast! Never has going to the gym been so fun!
Super nice staff and facility! The childcare staff always takes great care of my kids. I get a great workout in the small group class with Lindsay!
