staff was rude. and unpleasant and all on there phones. took my monthly payment out 4 times in one month and didn't want to refund me. Reggie the manager yelled at me for nothing bc he didn't believe me even though I had a bank account statement. and there system is always down.

Won't even discuss rates and plans unless you give them your personal contact info. Sucks that any gym large enough for a pool tends to have aggressive sales practices.

Great place to workout, and very friendly staff.
I absolutely love Prarie Life! The staff are all very kind. It's never to busy. The pools are a big plus.
