Very poor customer service, been waiting for appointment over 2 month, the customer service rep doesn't answer.
All thought my first go-around did not hit the mark, Josh reached out to me and was fantastic during the sale process. He and the team continue to look after all my needs in the aftersales period and have been a pleasure to work with.
Thank you so much to the Service Team at Genesis Halifax. We were travelling out east for a trip to see family from Ontario and ran into issues with our G70. Ryann was great at communicating the whole way. They provided us a loaner vehicle as to not interrupt our trip. The technician stayed late on a Friday to ensure we made it back home on time. I would highly recommend the Services at Genesis Halifax. Great job guys. Too bad you’re 2,000kk from home or you would be seeing me and my G70 again.
