I came to Genesis and Dr. Angie after seeing my primary physician, a surgeon who didn't hear me, and trying physical therapy. At 71, I had very little quality of life and was pretty much housebound. I highly recommend Genesis Back & Neck and also Complete Wellness Chiropractic. I sought out their treatment after pain in my neck and shoulder was affecting my everyday life. The pain was so distracting that I couldn’t focus at work. My time at home was even worse.. Genesis Back & Neck has helped me gain more feeling and warmth/circulation in my lower extremities; its wonderful to not have to look down as often while walking because I'm not numb. The consultation appointment included a free trial of the DRX9000 machine and an x-ray. After the first trial, I was getting a tingling sensation in feet and ankles.

My journey started in May 2024. I woke up and my neck felt like I slept on it crazy. I went and got adjusted by my chiropractor but that didn't help. A couple of weeks later I was in California for some training. During the week I was there the pain in my neck and arm increased tremendously. It was so horrible it hurt to sit or stand.
