If you are like me and you find yourself in #Woburn find Gene's CFB and get yourself a big bowl of hand-pulled #noodles like these here jagged #Xian miàn. You can hear the cooks slapping them into shape from the kitchen. The banged out "Biang Biang" #油泼扯面 have an irregular mouth feel and al dente chew which anointed with raw #garlic, house made #chili paste and a dusting of bright hot chili powder is one of life's simple pleasures. #biteoftheday
So glad to have the new Gene's in Westford! We've missed it a lot.
Don't go for the flat breads, go fo their soups. Their soups are amazingly good and their garlic hand pulled noodles �.
The hand-pulled noodles are simply incredible. They only take cash, and the parking in downtown Woburn is difficult, but the noodles will keep you coming back.
Amazing flavors, great selections, and good prices. Definitely a must try for authentic Chinese food.

Wonderful, freshly made noodles and dumplings. Soups, noodle dishes, lamb skewers, tea eggs, flatbread sandwiches (beef or pork), etc., in the style of Xi'an province of China. I love this "mom & pop" restaurant, and have eaten here once a week since they opened in Woburn, MA. Highly recommended!
