Decided to switch to a local pharmacy and was pleasantly surprised with the fast service and individualized care. We don't feel like just another customer anymore. The staff are responsive and always willing to help. Love that the pharmacy offers delivery too. It's super convenient not having to go out to pick up my prescriptions. Highly recommend! Support local businesses!
My family and I have been loyal patrons of Generation Pharmacy for several years, but that ended today. Last week Monday, I called to inquire about a specific brand of medication. The representative I spoke with was curt and told me they would never offer that brand and to call other pharmacies. I said okay and asked them to not fill the prescription.
