My truck has been under the “care” (use of word in the lightest of terms) of the crew of the service department twice. First time they destroyed my LED lighting trying to unplug everything. I didn’t say a thing about it. The second time I told them of the damage and requested they not touch a thing that involve the repairs needed. I’ll upload photos of how clean my truck is. came to service dept to get oil changed told to wait 2 hrs came back in 5 hrs have not touched truck was told techs did not show and would be tonight or tommorrow all black bros in the nasty waiting room. truck not done til midnit and when left had an oil leak due to fllter not tight. guys in the room said this is the worst place for a black man to bring his truck they dont care just take there mony and will not be back STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
8hrs for a wheel seal.... not to mention iv been the only driver setting here waiting on my truck so I can go to sleep been up all night driving just all around terrible experience

Great helpful team especially in parts.
I waited over an hour to be told it would be next week before anyone could look at my truck. The service man was very apologetic and genuine in being remorseful so I'd like to say Thank you for tending to me the best you could. He is the only one that was kind. The tech I spoke with before going into the service department was rude and just walking around like he didnt care.
