I was referred here by Eli Lilly for GLP-1 after going through screening and an appointment with a physician I was denied coverage via GLP-1 Medicare bridge program. They make it sound like no problem to get for weight loss. At the 11th hour they denied coverage due to no catastrophic heart or BP issues. Totally misled and a waste of time.
This place is literally a messy environment no proper training. Management sucks they only talk to you when they want to have a meeting with you. They talk about you then try to Act like they like u .
