Dr. Pimentel is my primary care for 5 years. He always answer any questions you have and has no problem helping you understanding the answer. The entire team is respectful and helpful. I really recommend 10/10.
The front desk staff its very friendly, I received a very good service, Dr Pimentel its very profesional, I highly recommed it.
Worst and unprofessional management to say the least!! Their elevator doesn’t work, i was late to my appointment and i agree thats my fault but they let me inside the building just to be stuck inside the elevator for 10 minutes. I was literally about to have panic attack, i called them 3 times and they didn’t answer, i was kept on hold and they hung up on me.
