My garage door broke Sunday afternoon. I called General Garage Door at 8:10 Monday morning. The first thing she asked me was if my car stuck was stuck in the garage and I said yes. She told me that she would check with the dispatcher and call me back, which she did within 20 minutes. Armando was there by noon. He promptly identified the problem, but needed to get the right size springs replacements. Josh and Jake came back the next day at 8:00 am.
