I used the milk paint on my island and lightly distressed the edges and it turned out gorgeous! Would definitely use again.

This store no email to report problems with third party companies off amazon.ca. Ordered pearl effects 1pint cost $55. Plus $19. Ship to Vancouver bc Canada. Never got product wood essence and then they deducted $18.99 shipping from the refund. What a rip off. Unable to reach general finishes to file a complaint??? How convenient not taking responsibility for distribution overcharging and shipping theft!

I am getting ready to redo some pieces with General Finishes paint. Highly recommended to me by a lady that refinished professionally. Her work is gorgeous. She is also a sales rep for General Finishes.
Everything about the whole General Finishes line is impressive! I've sprayed my cabinets with the milk paint, we have stained our backyard fence with the exterior stain, it is soooo easy to use and worth every penny!
Great customer service, excellent products, high quality finishes.
I have been using these products for years . I have become very upset with the clear coats (yes all varieties). They do not hold and do not apply easily. It is a shame because this used to be my go to brand. Unfortunately your product has gone down hill . Hopefully some changes are being made.
