What a wonderful team! From setting my first appointment to post checkout- everyone was not only professional but truly empathetic. When I called, I was really distressed and the scheduler made me feel that I would be well taken care of. At check in, using the tablet to fill in my information was so easy. Dr. Genebriera was kind, engaging, and very knowledgeable…I asked questions and received great feedback and instructions. Highly recommended! I even got info for my mom to set up a future appointment.
I was given a referral for a suspicious mole, and Advanced Dermatology was able to schedule me very quickly, which was great. The nurse was super friendly and good at what she did (I didn’t even feel the shot when she gave me a numbing agent), and the doctor was efficient but thorough. Although the office is busy, I never felt rushed and knew I could ask the doctor any questions I had. I definitely left feeling confident about the care I received.
Everyone very welcoming and professional, puts you at ease, feel confident that you will be getting a thorough examination from a top dermatologist.
As I entered the room to check in, the office did not seem very welcoming. The front desk was a little chaotic and there were three people waiting to check in. I was not greeted or given a welcoming smile. After completing the new patient forms on the iPad, I sat and listened to front desk conversations about what was going on.
