After dealing with staff incompetence at another clinic, I have something to compare with. Giving 5 stars for being the most available at my time of crisis which was days vs months even with my PCP. Found his upstairs clinic to be small, modern, & well staffed. Found Dr Genebriera & staff to be competent. My crisis was resolved within one day & practically normal within a week's time. Staff got billing & prescriptions expedited properly. What more can you ask for?
He was quick and efficient to remove a cyst. Has a Registered Nurse as his assistant-which is a definite plus. She is very good. I'm qualified to assess their performance as an RN myself. Will go back for sure. Just changed from Mayo derm to them.
Dr Genebriera is very caring and smart. He is compassionate and takes his time during your appointment. He was very kind to myself and my son. Cannot say enough. Wonderful experience.
I had a skin check and it was an excellent appointment. Dr. Genebriera is wonderful. He answered all of my questions and was very kind.
