Wow I'm so upset I can't stand this anymore. My family got cheated by Gene the Florist located n Merced. This picture will explain it all. Although they replaced the flower...it was still not up to our expectations, flower was delivered one day late, spelling on ribbon was all wrong, n to top it off...I was overcharged $26 (if u add up the amounts on the receipt, the calculation is incorrect.
