This was our first purchase from gene steffy. We have bought numerous vehicles, and by far steffy has been the easiest and casual experience we have ever had. Everyone was extremely nice, and for the first time, I felt welcome and appreciated by the dealer. They were very prompt about getting my vehicle in to add some accessories, and even came to pick up my vehicle to address some minor issues. Very pleased with the whole experience. Had some issues on the service work of my vehicle but Dave immediately took care of the problem. Will continue to have Steffys do my service work on my vehicle. Very happy with how helpful and courteous they were.

The worst customer service I've very experienced from a dealership taking them over 2 years to get my issue figured out and getting bounced from one person to another about it. Never returning phone calls and never having answers! Finally i had enough and sat there and told them no I want answers today!! Was not happy one bit!
