Took them 3 weeks to fix my aunts car , always got a run around or hung up on when I called , got the car back and it seems to have more issues now . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKING A VEHICLE THERE TO GET WORKED ON ! WHAT A JOKE 😡!!

Took my 2010 fusion to Columbus motor company, they suggested a ford certified tech look at it(left with not bill). Gene steffy diagnosed my car and said one of my solenoid in my transmission was bad. Charged me just over $240 for diagnoses and quoted me $4000 for a new transmission. Then I took my car to Bryan’s repair with a used transmission and come to find out all that was wrong with my car is a few broken wires and a bill half of gene steffys.
