Very friendly sales staff everything they said they did it made the process go very smoothly. We will use Steffy Ford in the future.
RecommendedWhen we walked in we were greated and treated very nicely. They took their time to listen to all the things we wanted in our next vehicle purchase. From start to end everyone was so friendly. Sales people were never pushy. We were asked if wanted coffee or water and popcorn while we waited. We test drove the van came back did a walk around found a minor problem with a mirror and they said they would order the part and fix it on them. RecommendedAll of the staff at Gene Steffy Ford are friendly and accomodating. The waiting area is well stocked with magazines, tv and coffee. Cost of service is competetive. Will be a regular customer.
I took my 2018 Ford fusion in for its 5,000 mile oil change and check up, everyone is always so friendly, they do such an amazing job in a reasonable amount of time and even washed my car and vacuumed inside. I won't go anywhere else... Great job Gene Steffy team! 5 stars!

I was traveling and had an issue with my vehicle that left me unable to drive it. The personnel worked me in immediately and got my vehicle repaired. For not being a regular customer of theirs, they took very good care of me and treated me me very very fair on the repair cost.
